The product

• HotKit is a desktop utility for Windows 10 / 11, distributed as a downloadable application.
• Core features are free to use, with no time limit and no account required.
• Pro features require a paid license after the trial period.

Free trial

• Every new installation includes a 14-day trial with all Pro features enabled.
• When the trial ends, HotKit automatically reverts to the free feature set — nothing breaks, nothing is deleted.

Licenses

• A Pro license is personal and may be activated on up to 3 of your own PCs at the same time. You can deactivate a device to free up a slot.
• An Annual license includes all Pro features, updates and support for 12 months. After it expires, Pro features stop working until renewal; the free feature set keeps working.
• A Lifetime license includes all Pro features and all future updates, permanently.
• License keys may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to provide the software as a service to third parties.

Payments & refunds

• Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Creem, which handles payment, applicable taxes and invoicing.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if HotKit isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable use

• You may not reverse-engineer the license mechanism, redistribute modified builds under the HotKit name, or use the software for unlawful purposes.
• Scripts you write or download run with your user privileges — review third-party scripts before running them.

Warranty & liability

• HotKit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it stable, but we cannot guarantee it is free of defects.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of HotKit after a change constitutes acceptance.
